FOXHILL GELATO
Foxhill Gelato is homemade Italian ice cream made using our own milk. With the expertise of Donna Domiano, an Italian gelato maker, we developed our own base to create a smooth delicious gelato product. It is a low fat ice cream containing 7% milk fat, whereas premium ice creams contain from 14% to 20% milk fat. At present, we rotate approximately 20 flavours including chocolate, hazelnut, strawberry, tiramisu, raspberry, coffee, coconut and mango. You can find Foxhill Gelato at the Halifax Farmers' Market six days a week and at Fox Hill Cheese House in Port Williams.
